The service was excellent, and the receptionists were very friendly. The bed, pillows, air conditioning, and the room in general were very comfortable. The location was great, close to good restaurants. The only problem was that something was wrong with the plumbing, which caused a strange smell in the bathroom.
Room 304,hairs on both beds. When to reception to change rooms,receptionist with horrible attitude. Room 304 with hair on the floor and shower. No complimentary water is only for sale. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The water got cut off two or three times a day. Bad smell waft out from soil pipe often. The sheets were stained and didn't smell very fresh. Breakfast was the same everyday and not tasty. I really don’t know how this hotel can get more than 4 star rating?
