This hotel is perfect for families, the foods are very tasty but pastries are too sweet for my taste, they tasted like pure sugar. The rooms are clean although a bite small. I would definitely give 5 stars to this property if there weren’t long queues in front of every single food station and if there were enough plates in each food station. It seemed that there were more people in this hotel than its capacity. Another thing that bothered me was the elevators in the main building, only 4 elevators and most of the times one of them was out of service, 3 elevators couldn’t handle so many guests in high season. We wasted so much time in order to get on an elevator. The lobby was too warm/hot that you couldn’t sit and enjoy your time there, l am not sure if air conditioners were working properly. Either this hotel was too crowded or it didn’t have enough staff to manage everything. We were always looking for plates in the restaurant, looking for sun beds beside the pool, sweating in the lobby waiting for catch an elevator 🙄 Imagine that our flight was at 8 pm and we checked out at 12 am which made us waiting in that intolerable warm lobby for 4 hours 🙄 The music playing in the restaurant was not appropriate for having lunch or dinner, it was too noisy and was most appropriate for a night club. I don’t know who was responsible for choosing the songs 😑 This hotel has definitely potential for receiving better rate but then the managers should take these problems seriously.
Very good location. Nice views. The hotel itself pretends to be a 5* property but it is definitely not worth the money they ask. Worn out and dirty. Sanitary conditions are very poor. Shortage and incompetence of the hotel's staff. The quality of most food and beverages is low. Wi-Fi is very weak. Using hotel's lifts in the peak time is also not a fun to be true. Evening animation is poor. The hotel offers fresh orange juice for breakfast which you have to make yourself using a device made a half century ago. Unlike the main restaurant, two hotel's a la carte restaurants are good. Hotel's territory and the beach are also ok. Superior rooms have large terraces with nice sea and mountains views. But the cleaning lady was making the room only, never cleaned the terrace's floor, even with daily tips. I found out that the hotel is mainly for the Russian speaking tourists from Kazakhstan. So if you speak Russian or Turkish and can get good price offer, you can try this hotel, otherwise avoid it.
I feel really upset during my vacation in the Comfort beach resort. The rooms aren't modern as I was told by my travel agent. The hotel needs to be renovated. However it's not only the problem. There are also many other disadvantages that may be solved easily but they don't. First of all, it's a lack of informational cards Do Not Disturb and Please Make up my room. We are staying in two rooms and one of it has these cards in it another one has no cards. I've asked for them at least there times and was given the cards in the middle of the second week of my stay. The speed of service is incredible ಥ_ಥ The second huge problem is cleaning service. The first room no. 1128 is always clean while the second one no. 1103 was always badly cleaned. We've asked the cleaner to make it up better and offered some money for the service. Actually there was no difference! The rubbish from the bin in the bathroom isn't thrown for three or four days, the sink and the mirror aren't washed from the checking in. Also there were holes on the bed covering. As a result we had to ask to remake the room. To be honest I do not understand why the guest has to ask for the basical service like quality cleaning? Taking into account the fact that reception team pay no attention to these facts I have to describe my situation in Egnlish so other guests are well informed. I hope the administrative and management team will read my story.
