The hotel is very clean and new. The service is top notch and the breakfast is delicious. Views for the restaurant are stunning and cover all the Black Sea and the nearby mosque. Service speaks Arabic fluently as well.
I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean, cozy, and nicely designed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — very close to everything, including the seafront, main street and Medan I just have one small note: the staff working at the breakfast buffet don’t speak Arabic or English, which made communication a bit difficult, and sometimes the bread wasn’t very fresh.
Very small room. They provided only one small towel for three adults. They offer central ironing service but charge unfair fees. The room had only two power outlets. The closet was too small to meet the needs of even one person. Breakfast was very basic. In addition to all this, there was a moldy smell in the room. Overall, I did not like it at all.
