From the moment I walked through the doors, the ambiance was calm, welcoming, and beautifully curated. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. They made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. The room was spotless and spacious, with a minimalist yet elegant design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pillows just right, and the linens of high quality—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The lighting, the temperature control, and even the blackout curtains were all thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort. The bathroom was equally impressive, with strong water pressure, premium toiletries, and a layout that felt luxurious but practical.

Convenient location within walking distance to malls and attractions. Making it a great start to explore the city. Front desk is attentive and friendly, provided excellent service. Smooth checked in and helpful in every aspect. Room is spacious and clean with a good view. Housekeeping staffs always keep things neat and tidy.

We stayed at Hotel Furama Bukit Bintang during our trip to Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and close to many restaurants, shops, and transport options. It's a great base for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice city view. The bed was comfortable, and daily housekeeping kept things neat and tidy. The bathroom was decent but could use a bit of updating. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, both local and international. However, we did notice that the lady chef at the egg counter seemed a bit rude, especially in how she interacted with Indian guests. It was disappointing and felt unnecessary, especially when everyone else on staff was polite and professional. Aside from that, the front desk staff were helpful and courteous, and the pool area was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, Furama Bukit Bintang offers good value for money in a central location. With a bit more attention to guest treatment at the breakfast station, the experience would be even better. We’d still consider staying here again for its location and room comfort.
