Furama City Centre

The food and service at this restaurant are quite good! Everything was well-prepared and served promptly. I especially want to highlight the excellent service provided by Jane Desmond. She was warm, attentive, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for her if you're visiting—she truly goes above and beyond!

I love going to Tiffany's for a meal every now and then. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Alice and Ivy, this time round, who consistently provide great service and make us feel comfortable. A big thank you to them and to everyone else who greets us with a warm smile.

From the first moment we arrived at the hotel. We were greeted by the very friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way for us. Our room was big and spacious and had a tiny kitchen, which was good as we are travelling with the one year-old which allowed extra space for him to run around, Plus had amazing views of the Singapore flyer and harbour. One of the staff members that really stuck out was Ray. He was very attentive, polite remembered our orders and went out of his way to make us feel special and welcome. Also Allen & Ivy went beyond for our little boy and gave him the cutest toy while we were having snacks. The hotel is in great location, especially if you like visiting Chinatown and the Hawker Centre that MRT is right next door which made it very handy for travelling.
