Room: The family room was incredibly spacious and inviting, featuring comfortable pillows and a cozy bed. The washroom was impeccably clean and newly renovated. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water and found that all essential amenities typically offered in hotel rooms were provided. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was diverse, with an assortment of delicious food. The bakery items were exceptionally fresh, and the fruits and vegetables were also at their peak freshness. Service: The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They assisted us with an early check-in after our hectic flight from Dubai. Additionally, the restaurant manager ensured that we had a Halal breakfast, even though we had forgotten to mention this preference in our reservation comments. Location: The hotel's location was ideal, easily accessible to various modes of transportation, eliminating the need for us to book a car. Notably, there were two children's playgrounds just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Overall: Our experience in Sydney was truly amazing.
Great hotel. Me and my friends stayed in a 2 double bed bedroom, which was super nice and fresh. Spacey room. The location around the hotel was great, China Town just around the corner, being in the middle of Sydney business district was nice, close walk to everything. They have laundry if needed, and a 24/7 gym. Recommend anyone visiting sydney to stay here.
Great location, but if you have any claustrophobic tendencies stear well clear of these sealed rooms. The family suite could have fitted into the bedroom of the hotel we fled to. And if someones nappy needed changing you lived with the smell all night. Also room servicing was slack and the single kitchen item was a cheap plastic kettle, not even a teaspoon in the pointless cupboards.
