It reminded me of top-tier resorts praised for their “excellent facilities” and “well‑trained staff” Every corner of the property showcases quality and comfort. From well‑equipped fitness areas to inviting lounge spots, the facility is truly first-class. What sets this place apart, however, is the team behind it—especially Manager Nathalie. Every member of the team here was warm, attentive, and proactive. Nathalie, in particular, went above and beyond—welcoming us personally, remembering names, and ensuring every detail was flawless. For anyone seeking superior facilities combined with heartfelt, personalized service—look no further. Kudos to the entire staff, and a special thank you to Nathalie for making this stay unforgettable.

Incredible stay, period. Rooms are spacious, staffs are super helpful and kind. They’re very well trained and pay attention to details. The place is well maintained. Foods are above standard. I’m impressed that Vietnam has such high quality service (no doubt there’s lots of foreigners). Couple friendly, also family and kid friendly. This resort can be pricey but it’s worth every VND spent. We feel much better mentally and physically after several nights at this place. Highly recommended!

It was the one of the best family trip we’ve ever had. The resort itself was so beautiful, foods (breakfast/lunch/dinner from Fresh restaurant) were really good and super cheap, and their spa massage was phenomenal. Aelia (worker from the resort) helped us with lot of things, including preparing little gifts for my parents’ anniversary, celebrating my dad’s birthday with a little cake and birthday song, and arranging us with a shuttle service to the airport. Without Aelia, we don’t think we would’ve enjoyed this much. She was super friendly and helpful all of the time and we hope to see her again when we visit.
