From the moment we arrived at Fusion Suites Saigon, we felt genuinely welcomed. The security team greeted us with warm smiles and promptly helped with our luggage — a small gesture that set the tone for our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even trying their best to arrange an early check-in as my wife wasn’t feeling well. Although it wasn’t possible, we truly appreciated the effort and thoughtfulness they put in. On our third day, my wife unfortunately came down with food poisoning from outside food. The kindness and care from the team blew us away — they regularly checked in on us, offered ginger tea, and even packed porridge to be sent up to our room. Special thanks to Alice and her team for going above and beyond to make us feel cared for during this difficult moment. Ryan was also a highlight of our stay — warm, engaging, and genuinely interested in hearing our feedback on the meals. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him. All in all, the hospitality here is exceptional. Despite my wife being unwell, the team turned what could have been a challenging trip into a heartwarming experience. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The buffet breakfast was fresh and had a good variety — a great way to start the day. The location is another major plus — surrounded by great restaurants and super convenient for getting around the city. Whether you’re walking or taking a short ride, everything feels close by. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

From the moment you step into the spacious and stylish lobby, you’re warmly welcomed by the professional staff. The check-in process is smooth and quick – you can usually access your room around 2 PM, but if you arrive earlier, the staff is happy to store your luggage. The rooms are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The bed is large and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom is a highlight, offering both a bathtub and a separate shower – a great touch of comfort and luxury. One of the standout features is the in-room dining service: everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Breakfast offers a wide selection, with both sweet and savory options to suit any taste. Check-out was just as seamless as the check-in, making the entire stay feel relaxed and well-managed. That said, the price point is on the higher side – especially considering how affordable Vietnam generally is. While the quality and service justify much of the cost, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling on a tighter budget.
