In overall, good hotel with hardworking service, especially during meals. The dining area would absolutely welcome 4 more AC units, having dinner at 27C with hundreds of people around in an enclosed area with still air is not comfortable. The overall design of the areal is quite beautiful with nice gardens, however: 1) in some places lawn hasn’t been cut for a long time 2) to have apartment less than 100m away from the beach, at an altitude of about 10 meters above sea level and yet having to walk more than 400m while climbing up and down a 30m tall hill just to get to the beach is very impractical and uncomfortable, especially with small kids and at 34C temperature. This is the biggest drawback of the location design The hotel has everyday program for kids yet there is not enough dining chairs for them (to be fair I must say there were many kids during our stay).

The worst place we have ever been to. A small plastic cups for water only which is in summer heat ridiculous especially when you have small kids, not talking about generating huge amount of plastic waste every day. Also they force you to sit at the particular table in a restaurant so it may happen that you are dining with complete strangers or if you come with friends it may happen that you sit at 2 separate tables, not together. You also get your spot at the beach and you cannot change it although it’s far away from the bar where you need to go for the water because filling your own bottles is strictly forbidden. Food is poor, especially for the breakfast, lunch/ dinner OK. Staff is nice but not much helpful, most of the people here can’t speak English.
