Futura Club Eleamare

A new resort with beautiful architecture, right on the sea. Since we have small children, we'd wake up early in the morning and head to the beach. The sunset is exceptional, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. It was a week of complete relaxation, with everything we needed: a pool, paddle court, good food, and fun. The entertainment was exceptional, run by enthusiastic, friendly, and always available young people. A special mention goes to Ginevra, who, with such sweetness, patience, and kindness, managed to engage my children, who are by no means easy to manage. When I saw them on stage dancing, I couldn't believe it.

Our first time on holiday there, everything was very beautiful, simple and relaxing, the room overlooking the sea was amazing 😍 the sea was wonderful, the hotel was clean and fresh, the restaurant wasn't the best but it was ok, but the entertainment was top notch, everyone was very kind and polite, but the best of the best was Sabatino, for his Sabatino friends from Battipaglia 😂 he made our evenings very fun. Just returned after a week's stay, we had a pretty good time. Obviously, there are some things that could be improved. STRUCTURE: It enjoys a favorable location and is new with modern rooms. Upon arrival, they assigned us a disabled room that frankly needs to be reviewed. Even though we do not have disabilities, we noticed obvious flaws such as the lack of a bidet but integrated into the toilet with a very uncomfortable shower head, the lack of a cabinet to place bathroom essentials, only a stool where the spare toilet paper had been placed; Thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of the manager of the facility, we changed rooms to this one with all the comforts and a park view (the one we purchased, by the way). The PARK is very pleasant with very nice garden sofas and hammocks (perhaps a few more could be added), a well-equipped gym area; the swimming pool, which we did not use, has only a few stations, which was not a problem for us since we were only at the beach. Regarding the beach service, we understood that, given the conformation of the beach which tends to retreat, the arrangement of the sunbeds changes, but they are objectively too close to each other; the last two rows are practically uphill. Nice children's playground adjacent to the "theater." More chairs could have been added here too so you could watch the shows sitting down instead of standing. SERVICES: The entertainment team is made up of very young, enthusiastic, and very sweet kids. A special mention goes to Erica (who has become Dario's confidant :) and Raffaele the magician. They are well-mannered, well-prepared, very talented, and friendly. (The musical about Naples and Raffaele's one-man show were great.) As for the kids' club, I don't know why mine didn't want to participate despite Sara and Chiara's kindness. Restaurant service: The staff are polite and friendly. The food is decent, but the children's menu really needs rethinking. It's basically just fried main courses (breaded plaice, cordon bleu, and sofficini), so it's not very varied. Here, too, the tables are too close together, making it really difficult to get around, yet the room is large. For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected an excellent breakfast with cappuccino, not a coffee machine and tasteless cappuccino. The pizza, however, is delicious, especially the Cilentana pizza served on the terrace. The caddy-style luggage transport service is appreciated.
