The accommodation was excellent—convenient to travel to and wonderfully peaceful. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff provided outstanding service, especially Housekeeper Koi, who was kind and very friendly. I felt completely at ease, just like being at home. Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel due to multiple reviews mentioning rude staff. However, I personally didn’t experience any rudeness—perhaps they have addressed the issue. The room was exceptionally clean, with a fresh and modern feel, as if it had been recently renovated or newly built. There were no unpleasant odors, which I appreciated. Interestingly, the room didn’t have a microwave, which I consider a positive, as it likely helped maintain the fresh atmosphere. However, there were no tableware or utensils provided, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Breakfast was delivered in plastic containers with disposable cutlery, which resulted in a lot of plastic waste. While functional, it would be great if the hotel could consider more sustainable alternatives. The location was another highlight—it’s almost in the city center, with all major attractions within easy reach. Despite being so central, the area was surprisingly quiet—no traffic noise, no loud disturbances, just a peaceful environment. During our four-night stay, we didn’t use the laundry service. The hotel itself doesn’t have a washing machine; instead, laundry facilities are located in a neighboring parking area. It wasn’t clear whether the service was self-service or handled by staff, so we opted not to use it. In hindsight, finding a nearby laundromat might have been a more convenient option. For those who might need medical assistance, a large hospital is situated close to the hotel, which could be reassuring. Additionally, supermarkets and other essential shops are within walking distance, making it easy to get anything you need. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and great location. The staff maintained the rooms well, cleaning daily and ensuring a pleasant stay. The only minor issue was that breakfast was forgotten one morning, but a quick call to reception resolved it immediately.
