FX Hotel Pattaya

I've stayed here a few times. Good value. Nice pool and small fitness room. Location is great. Small parking area on-site and plenty of spots along the street too. The guard who watches the cars is very helpful and friendly....compared to the reception staff who are rather distant. Rooms are a let-down in cleanliness. The bathroom tiled walls are really full of dust and dirt. The frosted bathroom door really needs cleaning. Rooms are a good size. Has an elevator. Bathroom gets all wet though after you shower. Nescafe coffee packets and creamer provided. Under 600 baht is a decent value. Expect some motorbike noise, but not too bad.

We booked on Agoda and found a great discount for a king bed (so our baby can safely sleep in the middle). However we got 2 single beds instead and the staff didn't want to accommodate us even if we had booked a king bed.

I would like to write about my experience in this hotel. Last week on 21st and 22 nd of April 2025 we stayed in this hotel. Rooms are good location too. There is thieft issues our money and clothes were stolen from locked rooms. It is very disappointing to have such a experience in high rated hotel. Hope Hotel take care about the situation. I myself will never go back to such a hotel in pattaya where we got robbed of things by room service itself. Advice to others to be careful lock your baggage in pattaya Thailand it's not safe. Hotel service staff steals things in locked rooms. Think and verify before you book such hotels
