The location is prime, the price was the best for a 4 star hotel, and the room is very comfortable. Don't expect a high end hotel, and you will be happy. Service is good, though minimal. There's a free coffee machine on the 15th floor, and laundry available (pay per use). The dryer doesn't work all that well though. Would stay here again!

The room is overall spacious and reasonably priced given its convenient location. Just a 5-6 minute walk from the closest station. The rooms have no windows in it, but you won’t feel stuffy inside as the ventilation is working well. No single-use amenities nor towels provided though.

It is a budget hotel with minimalist service. The breakfast menu includes sausages, fried eggs, and bacon, with two special items, usually local pastries. They have porridge and soups catering to tour groups from Thailand, Vietnam, and HK and sporadic business guests. Spartan offerings. Service is, at its best, minimalist. If asked for towels, you must wait until the next day for housekeeping to begin their work day. Counter staff seems to merely stating the house rules while the team at the mroming’s breakfast exhibited some hospitality and warmth. The hotel is integrated with offices so expect workers going in and out of hotel lobby. Room is clean. Need to manage expectations if hotel quality is a concern
