The hotel is everything you need for a good vacation: a spacious clean room and a comfortable bed, large public areas with a balcony with a beautiful view. The service is excellent. As a gay couple, the location was a winner: a 3-minute walk to Nogalera, and you can also take the hotel elevator directly to the sea and walk 5 minutes to Eden Beach. Excellent!

Great spot and would definitely come again, it's extremely good value for money with excellent service. The staff bent backwards to help. The location is absolutely lovely, set back slightly from the beach you have a 30s walk to the promenade and beach and the reception floor exits to the main town area with lots of lovely spots for breakfast, shops and bars. The decor is slightly dated but I really liked it, it's a bit of a blast from the past and everything is very functional and surprisingly all in very good condition. The clientele are around 50+ and it's very quiet when we went.

The furniture is worn. The air conditioning is too weak. The cleaning staff is too loud. The bathroom is outdated. In some rooms, the exhaust air smells unbearable. Although a superior room was booked, every year we receive a room that differs in size and furnishings (double bed, 2 single beds). Some rooms are half the size of others but come with an unnecessary roof terrace. However, a different price is charged. It was a good hotel 20 years ago. Not recommended.
