G Empire

I recently stayed at G Empire, a centrally located hotel with nearby food outlets like KFC and the Magnum megamall, making it convenient to get anything you need. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The reception staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Just outside, there’s a beautiful street lined with greenery where you can relax on benches for hours. Plus, the view from the hotel window offered a fantastic cityscape. The only downside was the room cleaning, which wasn’t done despite multiple requests. Overall, I loved the hotel and its hospitality.

This 2 stars only goes for the staff. Rooms are horrible, dirty carpets seems no one vacuumed during cleaning. Water not getting drained in bathtub, Rain Shower head fell down, poor quality of bathroom amenities soaps, shampoo etc. Low quality of towels. Dusty room, lamps not working. The good part was the staff was polite and courteous. Not coming back.

Had the worst experience, the only thing I liked was the coffee they offered at the bar. except that, the room condition was terrible, my key didn’t work several times, someone without knocking even opened my door when I was in the toilet. the staff was not kind even, as well.
