Very pleased, the view from the hotel is beautiful, relaxing in the spa room or having breakfast while watching the snow fall the pine trees full of snow, just lovely, plus the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend ending the experience with a good massage, the masseuses are great, they know exactly what you need.

Dated Hotel in a good location. Very nice SPA well run by Cristina (but please don't let teenagers attend it). We spent 3 days with family. The catering was a total disaster. I cannot give 0 stars but I would. Waiting for ages to be served. Food cold and bland. Many dishes in the menu not available. Many customers not been served at all after hours sitting and waiting. Customers angry. Shouting coming out of the kitchen. The day of the departure even the breakfast was a total failure.
