Outstanding spa experience.The therapist was talented and attentive. The ambiance was serene and relaxing.

The hotel experience was very disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The food quality was terrible and overpriced. Basic amenities like WiFi and hot water were not working. The location was noisy and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's the owners habit to turn back from his own words and never be supportive of any request. While booking the rate which shows with ac on maps, while reaching there he will not accept it, and intentionally wants the guests to go away without refund as there were 3/4 of them in 2 days fighting for refund cuz of non promise keeping. We agreed in 900/night with ac. But he refused and asked for 1300/ night so we stayed just for 2 days as we already paid advance. The rooms were pathetic.. none of the ac in any rooms were are working. The doors keep on banging no maintenance at all rooms are smelling. When asked the owners dad he says no service people stay here for long, I was like how will any one stay here if the owner might not be paying them only. On complaining of ac leaking water he shifted us to another room where the ac was not cooling at all. Some latest pics and videos of the room. It was good that we spoke to our last time room provider "Thomson Villa" nr Candolim beach, budget as well and she welcomed us willingly without asking even a single question and nice rooms. It was our mistake we wanted to experiment with something new. But now onwards Thomson Villa is our one and only destination to visit in Candolim goa. Host Belinda is very sweet and welcoming in every way possible. It's just opposite the Candolim beach entry with a beach view. Please check once before booking this gabriel guest house.
