Gafy Resort Aqua Park

During my second stay at the Gafy Hotel, I was once again impressed by the exceptional service. I extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Ahmed from the Front Office service team, as well as the kitchen staff. The food quality, options, and variety were amazing. My room was very nice and comfortable. The Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef were consistently attentive, ensuring a high standard throughout my stay. Working in the hospitality industry myself, I am truly impressed by the amazing job the entire Gafy Hotel team does. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

My mom and I arrived to this hotel in August. We had really bad experience here. The service is horrible, the people are rude, anything you need to be arranged, it requires extra tips, when the service initially is so bad, rare people will leave a tip. They took us to a room on the 3rd floor where the service phone doesn’t work, we asked them multiple times to fix it, but no one cares. This is our 5th day here, my mom is sick just needs a simple treatment, it might be food poisoning or sunburn, and they don’t even have a medical assistance insisting that we call the insurance company to arrange it for us. The food is ok, but altogether the atmosphere is bad. There is no fun or activities here. The only good thing is the beach around here.
