Really great! Way better than in the pics. Well located, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Everyday they clean, you can ask for the laundry. The owner is super sweet and a good person. 100% recomended. Best place in town. 5 mins walking from the port. Great restaurants nearby... 5 stars

The Galapagos Cottage was a wonderful place to stay for our group of three! It was conveniently located off the main drag but a quick walk anywhere we wanted to be. The cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we could have needed. The host was incredible! She replied to our daily messages, organized tours and cabs, and was very attentive to everything. She even stocked our fridge with practically everything we needed! We would highly recommend this stay!

The Galapagos Cottages are a wonderful retreat. The grounds are a quiet oasis and the hosts are incredibly accommodating. Fresh fruit, eggs, juice, milk, and snacks were waiting for us on arrival. The kitchen is fully functional and the entire space makes for a perfect retreat. Outdoors, for example, the pool and lush garden create an inviting/relaxing environment. This area is also perfect for entertaining because it is equipped with plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas. On our final day, we had a guest join us for breakfast outside. The cottages are located at the entrance to Tortuga Bay and a short walk to the restaurants on Charles Binford. Also nearby is fruit market and the pier where people can view sharks and marine life. Charles Darwin Ave, which has higer end restaurants, is located at the other end of town. Personally, I preferred the local fair from the restaurants near the market. While we loved our stay and the hosts, two things that could be improved upon, and which I think are essential to any rental accommodation, are the pillows and toiletries.
