Galata By Boss Hotel & SPA

We spent 4 nights here. The rooms were pretty nice and clean . The room service was every day. Generously given water bottles. The staff were very friendly. The location was pretty quiet, especially at night if you prefer sleeping in a calm place. The kettle at room didn't work. We asked to change, but it still didn't work. The walls between rooms were not soundproof. It's bothering . The variety of breakfast was good, but no fried eggs🥲 there was a coffee machine in breakfast table and it was the greatest point. And it's serving at the roof with classic music. I will come back here. Thank you, Galata by boss. Stay well🙋🏻‍♀️

My experience with the hotel was impeccable. The staff are genuinely amazing, very professional and friendly. The receptionists are very helpful and kind. The kitchen staff and waiters are amazing. All of them are very respectful and helpful and also cheerful. Especially Sarah she was especially close to us and very helpful in a lot of ways. She would always welcome us in with a genuine smile! I would recommend it to all my family and friends. Easily my favorite best stay in turkey, would definitely come back to by boss hotel the next time I come to turkey. May god bless you all.

Overall this place was good, room was clean, breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were friendly. One employee Alissa would constantly talk to us to discuss potential issues and improvements during the stay, which was nice for immediate feedback. Only drawback was that the location was in a pretty out of the way, quiet area, so it was a good walk to anywhere with something interesting. One thing though, most of the staff don’t really speak English that well, so you really have to hope you encounter the ones that can speak it when you have a problem.
