This was my second stay in this hotel and kt was awesome again. At the entrance the staff is friendly and helpful. When you enter in the Junior Suite the experience is just wow. Spacious and bright living room with full-equipped kitchen and view in Galata tower, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, high ceilings, and really nice furniture. I'll definetly stay here again for my next visit.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Mustafa and the other staff members are attentive and helpful. While being in a tourist area means some noise at night, it didn't affect my sleep. The interior design is appealing, and the room is spacious—ideal for couples or families with children (depending which room) Love from Malaysia.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mustafa and the rest of the staff for the warm welcome and excellent service. The hotel’s location is outstanding, and the rooms are spacious and clean, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all for the exceptional level of service.
