Wonderful Experience at Galaxy Resort! Our stay at Galaxy Resort was truly delightful! The food was delicious, fresh, and varied, with excellent quality in every meal. Cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff made sure everything was spotless at all times.Thanks to all the ladies that works very hard but they are so kind💕 A special thanks to the waitresses Agostina and Esmeralda ,Ganis ,Vasilis for their kindness and professionalism, and to the guys at the bar, who always served us with a smile and great energy. The gardening team also did an amazing job keeping the outdoor areas beautiful and well-maintained. A warm, welcoming place that we would definitely love to visit again!

The hotel is located right next to a beautiful sandy beach. Here you will find tranquility to relax with both children and adults will have something to do. Nice and clean environment, friendly staff. A wide range of local and world cuisine. I definitely recommend

I returned from this hotel two days ago, and for the entire week we kept wondering how on earth this hotel has 5 stars!!! Honestly, it’s a joke! This hotel deserves 3 stars max! I’m writing this, of course, to warn others! I also hope the owners will finally take comments like mine seriously… because I see there are a lot of them! My mistake… I didn’t read the reviews before booking 😡 Let’s start from the moment we stepped out of the taxi and walked into reception, ready to start our beautiful holiday 😁 At reception there was an elderly lady who could kill you with her stare!!! I’m 100% sure she works there as a punishment. So already, the first impression and first minute in this hotel were terrible! She was extremely rude, with no greeting, no smile! Shocking!! The hotel staff overall were a disaster! Nobody would greet you in the morning or smile at you. There were a few exceptions – the gentleman at the rooftop bar was amazing! In the evenings he made up for all those gloomy faces! The rooms looked like something from the communist era. A rusty shower, and the cleaning staff were a total joke… I have no idea why they even came into the room! Apart from making the bed every day – they did absolutely nothing. If the kids brought sand from the beach into the room, they never touched it! On the third day I took a broom from the corridor and swept our room myself. They didn’t change the sheets for the whole week! Unbelievable! They didn’t mop the floor even once during our stay! Shocking! The bathroom was dirty! The tap water was salty, and the hotel only provided one bottle for the entire week. If you wanted another one, you had to pay! For the first time in my life, I stayed at a hotel where there were no evening shows, no entertainment for kids, no water aerobics during the day – nothing. They didn’t even play music by the pool. Absolutely nothing! Miserable. So where do the 5 stars come from?! The snack bar at midday was a disaster – awful sandwiches, no fruit for the kids! The tables by the pool loungers weren’t cleaned by the bar staff all day. Cups and glasses had to be taken away by yourself. People ended up throwing them under the loungers 😳 Zero service! The hotel corridor was extremely dirty – I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes. The only positives – the food was delicious and the location was great, right by the beach! Unfortunately, the beach loungers were not included, even with all-inclusive – and the price was shocking: €25 per day per lounger! I’ve never seen such a ridiculous price in any hotel! So I absolutely do not recommend this hotel! Definitely more cons than pros.
