Galaxy Hotel Iraklio

This was my favorite hotel stay during my whole trip to Greece, too bad it was for only one night but I thought the hotel was interesting in a weird brutalist/modern way and the room was nice. Best shower ever, endless hot water and came out like I was going to drown. I struggled with the coffee pods in the room but no worries since they had a great breakfast in the hotel. Nice staff, had a great burger room service!

I had stayed at another hotel in town, but this one was superior in every way. It's a shame it so cold during our visit because the outdoor pool looked lovely. Fresh fruit and treats with water in the lobby. Very professional staff. Buffet was good. Desserts were our favorite. The only improvement I see is the 'king bed' was literally 2 two mattresses on their own rolling stand and actually separated slightly during our rest. Not cool. But they were comfortable.

Amazing everything. Great value for the price. I wish we had stayed longer. The staff were all nice except for the lady in charge of breakfast. Maybe she shouldn't be dealing with guests if she doesn't like her job. Not the face guests want to see first thing in the morning when on vacation. One suggestion, maybe get another coffee machine or have pots of coffee ready so people dont have to wait in line for a cup. Other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommend!
