Galerie Hotel

I stayed at Galerie Hotel in Bad Reichenhall for one night with my family, including our grown-up children. We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely maintained, and we especially loved the beautiful view from the room. The location is excellent – quiet, convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our short stay even more pleasant. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, everything else met or exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the limited number of power outlets in the room – a bit challenging when four people need to charge their phones and devices. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic stay in Bad Reichenhall!

A family-style, cozy hotel in a residential neighborhood. The service was excellent and very friendly. There's an absolutely beautiful park behind the hotel - note that the thumbnail picture in Google is from the park, not the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. Would stay here again.

While the staff at the hotel were welcoming, courteous, and attentive, we were disappointed by the sagging mattress in our comfort double room. It's unfortunate that a four-star establishment would have such an outdated mattress. Unfortunately, after two days of sleeping on it, my back began to ache.
