The hotel is nicely furnished, the food caters to most tastes. The rooms are not extremely grand but they have everything one needs, including an ensuite shower and bathroom. There is WiFi, but space to unpack clothes is limited. It is well located in the middle (ish) of Lourdes. I recommend it

Good morning from Viana do Castelo, Portugal. On the 30 and 31 of May this year, we stayed in your hotel, and the reason as for this mail is to say thank you to the staff, the Chef was excelent, his Portugues assistente also, the food fantastic.The staff in salon very friendly and always helping out when needed, great workers.The receptionists Great Professionals. I want to leave some suggetions to improve the conditions of this hotel. The bed mattresses are in bad condition, need to be exchanged. The shower faucet too much water pressure, reduce the pressure because the water falls all over the bathroom. A way to save water.. Wishing many good success.... Old hotel with beautiful views. In town and close to the church. The building and amenities are from an earlier century😊, not many updates. No A/C or fan in room. Small elevator made group check in process long. In hotel dining lunch and dinner available. Plenty of local shopping available
