It's a 4 star property great hotel with a very central location just 5 mins walk from the metro station. You can see all Milan by walk from here. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was awesome with wide variety. Rooms were expensive as compared pared to the hotel and services but that what Milan is all about. Check in was easy and quick. We loved our stay here
My gosh, this hotel is so bad. I can’t even begin to write through this review. The location is good. I will give them credit for that. It is close to the Duomo and convenient to several restaurants. The breakfast is good. They do not really have a bar they do not have restaurants they do not have lunch they do. They do have a laundry service. The staff is unbelievably unfriendly at the front desk. They do have a service that will call you a cab that works pretty well. The rooms are absolutely horrible. They might’ve been great in 1964 but they have not been touched since then the carpet was worn. We had a broken chair in our room. The shutters on the outside, which were electric broke in the middle of the night and came down, therefore bringing in sunlight. They were not able to bring a soap they were not able to fix our air conditioning. The refrigerator door did not work. It was no coffee pot. There was no safe. This is a totally out of date hotel, and is certainly not worth the price they charge.
We were treated like absolute garbage by the reception staff. They clearly hate their jobs and Roxanna hung up on my face when I called reception to complain about my experience. She said “It is not my fault you booked this hotel… I agree with you this is not a 4 star hotel”. We were woken up by construction as early as 6-7 AM. The rooms are outdated and very disgusting and ugly. No amenities whatsoever - no safe, no coffee machine, the bed is hard as rock, the rooms are very smelly, breakfast very mid. Absolutely not worth the price. It’s a robbery.
