Galini Sea View

Just spent a week here, absolutely loved it. Went with 4 teenagers, and my wife and I. 3 vegans in the party and the vegan choice of food was amazing, had something different every day. Lots of steep up hills which was great for us as we love walking; however, there are vehicles running every 5 minutes or more if you don’t like hills and the drivers are full of useful information and local tips to make your holiday more interesting. The bar staff and dining staff can only be described as very friendly and helpful… nothing is too much trouble. 5 minutes walk to the sea and there is a beach bar included in the all-inclusive. The beer wine and spirits are all good quality. Is it a 5 star ? I would say 3-4 in reality. But staff, view, food, beach bar definitely 5 star. Highly recommended for Vegans and Carnivores alike.

We liked stay in Galini Sea View Hotel! The view from our room was stunning. Beach access was super convenient. Pool was clean and area never felt crowded. Food quality exceed our expectations. Thank to all the staff!

Terrible hotel. It's already frustrating that everything is done exclusively in English, and we were never warned about this in advance. The service is awful. When we arrived, the ladies at the reception couldn’t explain anything to us — or rather, they simply didn’t want to. We booked a room in the main building, but they put us far away from it, far from the pool, the restaurant, and the beach. We either had to wait for a golf cart or walk long distances every time. When we asked why we weren’t placed in the main building, the reception refused to help. We tried speaking to the manager — he also refused to move us. Our room was disgusting — mold everywhere, the furniture was worn out, and the terrace looked terrible. Even though there was daily cleaning, all they really did was change pillowcases and towels, which still had stains on them. Hair conditioner and lotion were never restocked after the first day, and they never brought us any water. The website promised fruit and wine in the room — we never received anything. On the very first day, the air conditioner broke. We were told a technician would come in 5 minutes — he never showed up, and the reception simply laughed when we asked again. Later, we asked them to call us a minibus for 5 people because we were told a regular taxi for 5 would result in a fine. But the girls at reception called a 4-seat taxi instead and laughed again when we asked about the minibus. We had to reorder it ourselves. The food is bland and tasteless — everything is boiled without salt, and meals are just depressing. On top of everything, it took 4 hours from the airport to get to the hotel, and wherever you want to go from the hotel, it's at least a 3-hour drive. The location is extremely inconvenient. This was the worst vacation of my life. I wouldn’t return to this hotel even if it were free.
