The room is clean and tidy very close to the Duomo and city center. From there you can anywhere using the metro. Mr Boyko, was extremely helpful and supportive; pleasure dealing with him. He will assure you and make you stay comfortable and has the leadership skill to manage difficulties in booking to ensure a win-win situation. I will come back if will manage my booking. They have very good services considering the price and location. They even have ear plugs so you can sleep during peak hours here. Thank you Mr Boyko,

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, our experience here was a disappointing start to our time in Italy. First, it’s important to note that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception desk—a detail we were only informed of after booking a non-refundable stay. Their message stated the reception opens at 10 AM, but when we arrived around 9 AM, we waited over an hour on the street. No staff showed up at 10 AM as promised; instead, they arrived around 10:30, delaying our plans for the day. Since we were only staying for one night, this significantly cut into our time to explore the city. We had also requested early check-in in advance. While we were told it would be subject to availability—which is reasonable—when we were eventually informed a room was available, we were told it would cost an additional €50. The total cost, including that fee, would have been equivalent to a better-rated five-star hotel nearby—where we would’ve had proper service and a reception desk open around the clock. The value simply wasn’t there. The rooms were of average size and nothing remarkable. Once we finally checked in, we were informed that there would be a water cut from 7 AM to 10 AM the following morning—right during check-out time. This meant we couldn’t shower, brush our teeth, or even use the bathroom before leaving. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work during our April stay, making the room hot and uncomfortable at night. Our neighboring guests also mentioned having the same issue. To make matters worse, the noise at night was unbearable. Glass bottles were being collected from the restaurant outside, making it hard to sleep. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay. There was no effort to accommodate us even when there was an availability to, no flexibility with check-in and out, and ultimately poor value for the price. We would not stay here again.

Noisy rooms, no working AC, reception working part time, very unaccommodating. After booking the room you will get an email asking you to complete the check in by uploading your passport pictures, selfie etc and time of arrival which was irrelevant since we told them that we would arrive at 9am but no one was there to open the door until 1030am. Asked for an additional fee if we wanted an earlier room than 3pm unless we pay extra and started to negate the extra fee, still don’t understand why they ask about check in time if they’re not willing to help
