Galleria Park Hotel

What an incredible experience at the Galleria Park Hotel! The staff is so friendly they call you by name. They are accommodating to any needs that you or your pet may have. The rooms are immaculate. It shows that the team really cares there and wants to provide the best experience for their guests. The alarm clock next to the bed is not your standard alarm clock. It is a sound machine with a variety of sounds and it made my evening so relaxing. The happy hour in the lobby- top-tier! Honestly, if you’re looking for a nice hotel in the city, this is a great option. You won’t be disappointed. Valet parking out front and what’s amazing is the car is parked in a very safe location so you don’t have to worry about any break-ins. ❤️

I love this hotel. My third stay and it never disappoints! Great location, impeccable service. Clean and well-appointed. Comfortable beds, quiet floors, elegant reception with cozy fireplace and a free wine bar happy hour! We’ll be back!

If I could give this hotel 15 stars I would. From the get-go it was great. We arrived early and they stored our luggage for us and delivered it to our room when it was ready. They made recommendations on restaurants that were within walking distance. The location was phenomenal because there were so many restaurants nearby as well as being able to walk to Chinatown and little Italy. The Desk service was phenomenal. At one point my charger quit working for my phone and the manager gave me one of his to use while I was here. In fact, he told me to keep it. There was no charge for this. The room was beautiful and clean and the hotel overall had a great ambience and warmth to it. If I had any negatives, it would be that the bathroom sink did not have enough counter room, but we worked around it. Considering all the other positives, it wasn’t a big deal.Coffee in the morning downstairs was a great benefit and something I looked forward to. I would get coffee and sit around the fireplace in the beautiful lobby while I was waiting for my family to get up. The hotel also had sipping time with free cocktails and wine between 5 to 6. Loved the third floor garden running track. The hotel restaurant was Not open for breakfast and most states for lunch but did serve dinner Tuesday through Saturday. The food was delicious the service phenomenal. We had a great vacation in San Francisco and much of that had to do with his fabulous hotel. When you’re exhausted after a day of fun, it was great to come back to such a Beautiful and welcoming place.
