This boutique hotel was just perfect. Their intimate rooftop that overlooked Florence was charming and beautiful. Their cocktails also amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had gotten lost trying to drive to the hotel and the concierge stayed on the phone with us to direct us. Truly just a wonderful team and a beautiful boutique stay. Thank you!

The rooms are very clean and convenient, plus, in each room, they have great complimentary treats. The exceptional service is the greatest thing that you could imagine. The staff are friendly, so feel free to ask them anything! As a shopper, I love that the hotel is located near the town square, and several boutiques. It’s steps from the Ponte Vecchio!
