Rooms are comfortable with good amenities, breakfast can be crowded if tour groups are staying, comfortable bar but basic Mandarin is essential as only a few of the younger staff have strong English. Very friendly front of house and management.
Stayed here for 2 weeks. Staff is friendly and helpfull, some speak English. The hotel is in a dirty and run down neighbourhood, close to the metro line. A short walk from plenty of restaurants. Rooms are large and comfortable, bed is okay. Shower is not very clean: black mold and limescale. Breakfast is a mix between continental and Chinese, pretty good, not a lot of variation.
Although the rooms are large and clean, I would not recommend this hotel at all. The website is so out of date, there is only one restaurant, not three and I couldn’t even get anyone to serve me. The breakfast buffet is stale and lacks flavour.
