Had an amazing stay here. The hotel was super clean and comfortable, but what really made it special was the staff. She was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Made me feel at home the whole time. Definitely coming back just for the great service. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was fine. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee. However, I have to agree with some of the previous writers: The room was not cleaned during the whole time. But this was not a big problem for us, as we were only there for a short time, were very much on the road and also had not asked. The breakfast room is in the basement, unfortunately not particularly inviting and very cool. We can't complain about the breakfast. The friendly cook has prepared everything lovingly, always replenished and asked if we still want something. Only the breakfast times are a bit irritating: It says breakfast is available between 9 and 11, but the plate at the breakfast room 8-11. The location of the hotel is also good. You can walk to the old town in 15-20 minutes, the beautiful Sameba Cathedral (especially in the evening a highlight in the true sense of the word :) is just around the corner, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. All in all, an unforgettable stay in Tbilisi 👌🏽

Room was nice and comfortable. But Airconditioner is not working the whole stay. There is water interruption which is considerable. Staff are accommodating but not all can speak English. If you have some request like new towel or utensils, you need to follow up. Location is a little unconvenient as it is on a higher slope and our bus can't go infront of the hotel. But it is near to the city proper so can just walk to explore the whole vicinity.
