⸻ I had a wonderful stay at Gallery Palace Hotel in Tbilisi. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Liberty Square and many of the city’s top attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere. My room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. I especially appreciated the kosher dining options at the on-site restaurant, which were both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The added bonus of a small spa and fitness area made the experience even more relaxing.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in 4 rooms during the Nowruz holiday. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. All rooms have a terrace and good lighting, but they are small. The breakfast was not great, but acceptable. The location is very good and it is close to the Republic Square. Although we asked them to clean the rooms, they did not do it. The air conditioning in the rooms was also adequate.

My stay at Gallery Hotel Tbilisi was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I travel frequently. This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. First of all, there was no bellboy or staff to help with our luggage, which is shocking for a so-called "4-star" hotel. We had to carry everything ourselves while the reception staff just stared. The receptionist, a woman who seemed more plastic than human in behaviour, was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t make the slightest effort to offer a warm welcome or even basic courtesy. When I politely asked about the drinking water facility, her response was shocking: “Two bottles are free per day, but if you want more, buy them or drink from the washroom tap. The water is clean here.” Seriously?? Of course, I understand the water is clean—but would you ever suggest your guests drink from a bathroom tap in a hotel that claims to be 4-star? Worse than that, her attitude toward us changed the moment she realized we were Indian. She was friendly and polite to others but treated us with visible discomfort and sarcasm. When I repeated “From the washroom?” in disbelief, the boy next to her smugly said “Yeah!” and they both laughed at us as we walked away. This was not only disrespectful but blatantly racist. If you care even a little about good service, hospitality, and dignity as a guest, avoid this hotel at all costs. I wouldn't recommend Gallery Hotel Tbilisi to anyone, and it’s a shame that such behavior is tolerated in the hospitality industry
