SPLENDID hotel, impeccable in every sense. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent facilities, superb service. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and with breath-taking views. The location is fantastic, in a quiet and quaint street, a couple of blocks from the main square (Piazza Leopardi). Breakfast is of an excellent quality, with a wide selection of locally-sourced delicacies. A must-go to hotel!

Hotel is a beautiful old building in the perfect location of old town. We reserved a room with the balcony and we were able to see miles and miles into Marche Valley. So breathtaking! Service was so-so for an infamous Italian hospitality, especialy when it came to the next day breakfast. We asked if we can take a table by a window, and were told "NO", - some are in a "stricly dining" area, and others are for more then 2 guest. In the next 20 min all those table were occupied by mostly 2-people parties anyways, including tables in a dining room. A hotel parking option in a very limited traffic zone is a huge plus, and rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are comfy, but pillows are not. Bathroom supplies are gentle with a very soft pleasant scent.

Stayed here for work. Rooms are clean and fairly priced. Parking is a little tricky and limited. Definitely pay for parking vs trying to find street parking.
