The toilet in our room did not flush at all but they had no problem moving our room. Great location, its across from Publix and down the street from the beach. Cheap ubers everywhere was nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Honestly very functional amenities, good for families with kids. The furniture needs to be updated for sure but overall I would stay here again if I was on a budget. Mostly pretty clean. The room has dishes like pots and pans for cooking, I really liked that

I absolutely hate staying at this hotel but it is across the street from my parents ALF so it is convenient. This is our 2nd time here. First time was in December and the front desk confirmed that there is no heat in the hotel. I know it’s Florida but it still gets cold…heat doesn’t seem like a luxury? Valet parking is $60 per day! Today I went down to the first floor early to work so as to not disturb my family members and it was fine until 6:45 am when the music was turned up so loud it was disturbing. Seems a little early to be getting a club groove on. Front desk service both visits has been average. The fact that you can walk over the bridge to the beach and Birch State Park is across the street is great but the location is about the only thing this hotel has going on for itself.

My reservation was for a room with intracoastal view, which I paid extra for this past weekend, 7/26/25. We checked at 6:30 pm & our room wasn’t ready. They made us wait, then stuck us in a room with a city view & didn’t say that’s what they were doing. I immediately went to the front desk. The girl at the front counter didn’t know how to communicate & use her words. There was no language barrier either. I had to demand that the price I paid be adjusted due to the bait & switch with no communication. I actually got married at this hotel back in 2008. The quality of the customer service & staff are nothing like I’ve experienced at previous Hilton hotels, much less the one I chose for my special day back then.
