Galzignano Resort Terme & Golf Hotel Splendid

The resort and the hotel is a very good place to stay. Comfortable, quiet room. Warm pools and clean water (winter also). The natural environment is wonderful ! Absolutely recommended for everyone !

I recently had the displeasure of staying at your hotel and felt compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience, particularly regarding the breakfast service. I am genuinely disappointed with the level of service I received, and I believe it is essential for potential guests to be aware of these shortcomings.The cappuccino I received was far from the usual rich and flavorful brew that I have come to appreciate.The cappuccino I ordered had spilled out of the glass and was dirty.I believe that the quality of breakfast service is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and the deficiencies I encountered significantly impacted my overall perception of your establishment.

Third class hotel. Staff is not helpful. This is a poor hotel that does not even provide hot chocolate in the breakfast. Had to ask for basic things like Sugar. Very limited spread and they do not even refill on time. The waiters here think they are some superior species and had to show them their place in my own way. Reception desk is empty half the time. There are mosquitoes in the room. Good property wasted by a bunch of dumb idiots.
