Looks way better than a few years ago. Nice and clean. Food was good but huge portions.
We stayed for a couple of nights with our dog. The hotel staff was very friendly and brought the dog his own bed for the room. The AC worked really well and the room was clean. The pool and patio were also really nice. The only slight complaint was that the bed was hard. Would stay again though.
Be careful when reserving this hotel they will tell you that breakfast is included with the rate, but the breakfast buffet is not.... When asked about this, the staff was inept, and the hotel manager was not available to discuss. I travel all over Mexico in this was a first, as every other hotel chain with "breakfast included does not relegate you to a " Continental Breakfast." In this life, there is never a second opportunity to make a good first impression, and this hotel' s was bad. I will not return has I feel this was a deception in the way they do business sadly..
