Well worth the price. Breakfast is to die for. Room was spacious and clean and had lil shampoo testers. (I love testers) Its clear they make their money of the restaurant, which is a bit pricey but also really good. Bring a nice set of clothes. We had been just off kungsleden and were woefully underdressed. 1200 for two, 1 night, breakfast included, parking was free.
This review is for the restaurant. It is the most authentic and most interesting dining experience I had in Sweden so far, apart from the sea food. The restaurant is focused on the northern and wild sourced food, such as reindeer, moose, grouse, rowanberry, cloudberry and alike, and I believe that some of these cannot be found elsewhere. The interior is rustic, wooden, with traditional paintings on walls and furniture, and plenty of wooden, hunt and life in the North items, overall extremely cozy and interesting.
