Garamond a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is above and beyond sweet and helpful with any needs that I had. I stayed here after an unexpected health emergency, and one of the staff members, upon checking me in, even kindly upgraded to my room to one of the best that they had. I’m grateful to the staff. Not only that, but the food is delicious, and the location of the hotel is perfect in that there are lots of things to do and see around it if you want to enjoy the city. I would 100% recommend staying here.

This hotel is nice overall — clean, comfortable, and well located. The rooms have a modern vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the thermostat situation was frustrating: we couldn’t get it cooler and had to call the front desk every night to reset it.

Staff service was attentive yet unobtrusive, striking that fine balance between efficiency and genuine hospitality. Every request was handled with a personal touch, from check-in to dining recommendations. Breakfast was a relaxed and enjoyable affair, served in an intimate dining room with freshly prepared dishes and excellent coffee. The peaceful courtyard was another hidden gem, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or a late afternoon pause. Overall, Garamond delivers a polished boutique experience that feels both authentic and quietly luxurious — ideal for travelers who appreciate subtle elegance over grand gestures. Would I return? Absolutely.
