Garda Hotel Forte Charme

This is already our 2nd time we chose this hotel for our climbing trip in Arco and we could not be more happy. Rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day, staff always ready to help. Absolute superb breakfast with lake view. Nearby restaurant Al Fortino which I guess belongs to the hotel offers very tasty food options and drinks. I guess we’ll come back again next year:)

Honestly, everything was incredible. In the bar area, we were served by Diana, and she made us excellent cocktails. She treated us very well and gave us great recommendations about the area. Everything was great, especially the experience with Diana.

The room itself was okay and breakfast was great, but the overall experience was completely ruined. In the morning, we woke up to find ants everywhere – on the floor, in the bathroom, crawling inside our bed, and even inside our suitcase and clothes (see photos). It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We reported this to the receptionist at checkout, but instead of addressing the situation seriously, she just shrugged and said “sorry” – no apology, no compensation, no interest whatsoever. This level of customer service is outrageous and shows a complete lack of care for guests' comfort and hygiene.
