Unfortunately, my experience at Garda Sporting Club Hotel was disappointing. First, the radiator had issues which were only fixed the next day. Then, all the ACs stopped working during the night, and there was no technician available to help. I also called customer service, but received no support at all. This kind of service is not acceptable, especially for a hotel of this level.
“I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. None of the air conditioning units were functioning, and the weather was extremely hot. I specifically requested a double bed, but instead, I was given two single beds pushed together, which caused discomfort and back pain due to the gap between them. Additionally, there was no privacy in the room because of the balcony, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.”
Don’t book this hotel. There are multiple issues with this hotel. You can hear every footstep of the guest above you, there is a gap even if the terras door is closed (see picture). Also, the neighbors can see your bed if the curtains are not kept completely closed. Several facilities of the wellness did not work. There was a power outage during our stay and the shampoo of the shower was not restocked. There are also construction works which wasn’t communicated. This is downright bad.
