Gardaland Magic Hotel

So the Gardaland Magic Hotel is real magic. The family rooms for 4 are really spacious, visually stunning for the kids and perfect for relaxing. Soundproofing is really good. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel stuff courteous and polite. If I need to make a small suggestion is the following: the shuttle service is falling short of the resort service. Drivers are unhelpful, rude, and respect no schedule. The resort needs to improve this aspect because the rest of its services are A+

Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Soundproofing could be better. The location is good for children -- there is a playground outside and plenty of car-free space to run around. On the downside, the on-site food offering is limited and rather low quality, and walking to a better restaurant in town is tricky -- you are likely to have to walk alongside a busy road with no sidewalk. Getting to the Gardaland park is not super convenient either, there's a shuttle that runs less frequently than advertised or you have to drive.

Great rooms all well done. Pool: All need to wear the Bathcaps and if you dont have you have to buy it for 7 Euros. The Rules are from the last century you must wear it even if your hair stay out of the water. In a modern Hotel this is a shame and this rules should be changed. Also if we must wear this caps the hotel should provide it. The breakfast buffet is fine and offers lots of choices there could be more fresh fruits. In the Pool we had to give the room no and the name several times?!? Why?!? Also in the breakfast we where ask about allegies? Why? This is a privat information and the Hotel has not to care. And tonthe last is to mention the check-inn Prozess. Per Fanily it takes up to 20minutes. How is that possible? This is the lowes hotel check-in we ever experienced.
