The resort is very nice, with helpful staff. The rooms are clean and maintained. The view from the rooms and also from the pool is amazing. The infinity pool and bar are very soothing. I recommend this property for those who are looking for a relaxing quite time away from the busy streets and noice. The location is a bit far from pattaya beach but its worth staying in. Last but not the least the breakfast is a good deal, and is amazing. So not think much and ignore the bad reviews as this is an amazing resort to stay in!

⸻ The staff were polite and provided good service overall. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall professionalism: 1. When the bellboy delivered our luggage to the room, he did not remove his shoes upon entering. This small detail could help maintain cleanliness and show greater respect for the guest space. 2. At the restaurant during breakfast, we observed that tables and cutlery mats were wiped using the same cleaning cloth without any disinfectant spray. The same cloth appeared to be used for all tables, and cutlery was placed directly on those mats afterward. This practice raises concerns regarding hygiene.

I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The biggest issue was the lack of support and hospitality from the staff. From check-in to check-out, it felt like we were more of a burden than guests. We had a few basic requests during our stay (like housekeeping and room service), and each time we were either ignored or met with rude responses. There was no sense of urgency or willingness to help. When we raised a concern about the AC not working properly, it took hours for someone to even come and check, and even then, the issue wasn’t resolved.
