This is truely my favourite hotel to stay at. The vibe is very relaxed and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The chef makes great tasting meals every night and the rooms are comfy. I would definately recommend.
I got to the hotel very late, about past 1:00am, and was a bit disturbed about the reservation I made, but the lady I met at the reception - her name is Mampshe, she was an angel. She helped check my reservation, and helped me settle in properly. I enjoyed the meals at the hotel, the potters were also really nice and helpful, and looked happy all the time. For all it’s worth, this was such a good hotel to stay in and I’ll defo be more than happy to lodge there when next I’m in town.
Pleasant if you need a safe place to sleep. But once outside the gates of the hotel, its not so safe. We took uber everywhere but even that felt a bit hairy. The rooms are ok. I saw a cockroach in the cupboard. Its a 3 star hotel i guess. But the water is hot, the bed is comfy. That's all I need.
