Garden Embassy Hotel Moscow

I stayed on this apart-hotel for a week and I can't think of anything particullarly missing or bad. They have a shuttle service from the airport, its at your own expense but it's a private driver that is very polite, drives very nice and has a confortable car. The reception is polite, speak good english and are willing to help at any time. One selfish guest smoked heavily on the room we were going to stay and there was a heavy smoking odor when we entered. We let reception know, they apologized and looked for a another room inmeditly The room itself is big, confy and very modern. It has a smart tv, good internet, fridge, microwave and other commodities. The bed is confortable and the chairs too. Cleaning service is done everyday and they clean almost during the entire day. They are very polite and will try to disturb you as less as possible. The weakest point, if you ask me, is the restaurant. It has very good views, service is good and the food itself is acceptable, but a lot of times many dishes on the menu are missing. Might be a good idea to have some kind of interactive menu where one can see what dishes are missing. Location is perfect, on a nice location, very close to several embassies and with nice restaurants nearby as well as metro, tram, etc. All in all is a definitively a very good hotel, surely not the cheapest one. But if you can afford it I would definitely recommend it

Great breakfast buffet, clean room and good view to the gardens. Only thing is that the bathroom has curtains instead of door so it’s kind of not so private when sleeping with other people. Everything else is perfect. Very nice personal.

Great location. Hotel located in quiet area and 2 mins away from the main street Prospekt Mira. Love reception service, breakfast so yummy. Friendly staff. But when we asked for room clean up, for some reason they only replaced towels and provided with new bottles of shampoo. The rest was not cleaned. No one helped with the bags at check out. The time we were checking out receptionist asked us to move away our bags from the door which was blocking the staircase. Bathroom does not have doors, it's just a curtain. Big minus if you are staying as a couple. Any food ordered to the room - needs to be paid immediately and not at check out. They do not have weighing machine for luggage !
