Whilst I did not stay at the hotel I assume the rooms like the rest of the facilities to be at lvl 5. For car drivers there is a large free parking opposite the hotel. The hotel was hosting a number of weddings in one night. So those getting married can consider their venues.
I’ve stayed here a few years ago and was happy with the service. Booked it again needing a place for 1night. In the middle of night my daughter woke up screaming severe pain in the abdomen. Ran down staff incredible called ambulance - came up with them - she just had a baby 4 weeks prior so I had to stay with him while she went to hospital. I had to book another night so I can stay in the room with the baby - they gave me a better price for 2nd night, She got back mid afternoon and everyone was so accommodating - ordered room service and they provided so much extra food. They also offered if I needed any assistance to ask for it. Rooms really nice - definitely did some upgrade since the last time. Some issues in bathroom - had to hand hold shower rod. Lobby is beautiful. Buffet breakfast many options. Added bonus a jacuzzi on the balcony Overall - will come here if I have to be in Haifa again overnight. Staff are amazing.
The staff at the hotel are hard working people who do their best under difficult circumstances. This "hotel" is primarily a venue for weddings. At 1:20 am, the party is still going on, full volume with full beat, with no signs of ending. This was after I was told a week before that there was nothing planned. Other issues... The bathtub did not have a proper plug. The television in the room kept having the update window pop up, interfering with the few channels that it did receive. The refrigerator froze everything we put in. The breakfast was not something you'd expect in a real Israeli hotel... The.eggs were dried out and cold. The bread was stale one morning, and underbaked the next. We paid extra for a garden room. The provided furniture was rusty, and not properly usable. To be fair, we were offered a 50% discount for one night.
