Incredible impressions from the spa hotel 🌟 In addition to the cozy rooms and relaxation procedures, I absolutely love the restaurant - it has an exquisite atmosphere: soft lighting, elegant interior and soothing music create the perfect mood. 🎶✨ But the main thing is the **cuisine**! Each dish was a **work of art**! 🎨🍽 The **chef** of this spa hotel is a **real magician**! 🔥 His dishes are amazing: the perfect balance of flavors, the freshest ingredients and elegant presentation. I was especially impressed by the **chicken breast** (so tender that it melted in your mouth! 😍) and **eel** - this is the level of **Michelin restaurants**! 🏆 **However...** the impression was slightly marred by the girls at the reception. 🙄 Coldness, inattention and mistakes in work after such culinary delight - **the contrast was too sharp**. **Summary:** if you are here for **gastronomy** - this is **must visit**! 👍 But the administrative department has **room to grow**. 💪 *P.S. Chef, you are a genius! We will definitely come back for your dishes!* 😊👨🍳

Not the greatest experience for sure, let’s start with the front desk staff mean and in a bad mood, pool area very slippery and dangerous to walk around for kids and people ( was very clean by te way ), the room was great and also very clean, but the worse was the restaurant a waiter named Andrei came to our table to argue with us he said was a bartender and the manager as well LOL FUNNY KID ! Food was OK

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days, I'll start with the hotel itself. We were greeted not badly, but then it all started. I'll start with the corridor to the room, the carpet is terrible, dirty. The rooms are the same, old furniture, terrible dirty carpet with some stains, burnt holes in places, bed linen was not changed even once in 5 days although we asked, terrible room service, no wet cleaning, the toilet always smells of sewage, no air freshener, we lived in two rooms, neither had one, we moved into a suite with a terrace, there is no soundproofing at all, daily hammering, you can clearly hear the conversation from the next room, in addition to the suite they will change your toothbrushes and + to this they will put a disposable razor in all the others in economy class, which is not allowed, a day the room cost us 9800. We moved to room 308 for 7800 per day, nothing changed, there is no soundproofing at all, it was raining, we woke up from the fact that the rain was hitting the roof in drops, you can hear as if you spent the night in a summer tent, soundproofing between the rooms was even worse. If you feel bad, do not rely on the local first aid kit, it is for inspections and it is prohibited to open it. The spa area is very slippery, but this is nothing compared to the fact that after the pool you can feel bad, signs of vomiting, etc. are guaranteed, verified and not on one person, look closely at the bottom of the pool, there is a sediment of dirt) we got there in the morning and all the dirt and turbidity at the bottom is clearly visible, there is no disinfection. The restaurant Dacha is one thing I can say positively, the food is delicious, the staff is polite, the service is fast, the chef knows his business, thank you very much, you are great, there is no better restaurant in the city, verified. We lived for 5 days and finally left there, who wants to go there with a family on vacation, I do not advise, this hotel is worth two ☆☆ at most, no more. In front of the hotel there are eternal motorcycle races at night, they will not let you rest, you can be sure of this, the cost of the rooms is overpriced. We will never go to this hotel again, we flew in from St. Petersburg and regretted staying in this barrack.
