Just got back after a week at this lovely hotel. Its remote, hence my reason for choosing it. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, in fact the whole hotel is spotless. I found the reception impressive and it had a relaxed, welcoming vibe to it. There are two pools, one a bit noisier than the other. I stayed by the quiet pool and had a lovely week baking my skin. The restaurant, serves lots of different cuisine. Sadly, as a veggie there wasn't a huge choice, but hey, not a huge issue and what I did have was very nice. I didn't go hungry. 🙂 The pool bar was good, with friendly staff serving. All the staff work exceptionally hard to make this hotel run well and that includes the groundsmen, maintenance, restaurant and bar staff, the cleaners, spa staff and reception. Thank you for a nice, relaxing week, I wish I had booked for longer.
The hotel is clean with great rooms. The location is quiet with no kids. The views are spectacular. The rules for all inclusive are a little unclear but the staff are friendly and helpful. Please note they are strict on times, in that i was in the queue for a drink and it hit 7pm. However I would recommend as plenty of bedchairs, nice swimming pools and plenty of space. Food has been good with ample choice. The queues for drinks and coffee at breakfast can be a little hit and miss. The entertainment isn't in your face and it's good fun.
⭐☆☆☆☆ We had high expectations from this all-inclusive resort, but unfortunately, it really missed the mark. We were hoping the Spanish hospitality would be as friendly and accommodating as we’ve experienced in other areas, but this was the complete opposite. The atmosphere felt hostile, especially at reception, where every request was met with abrupt, short replies—usually just a flat-out “no”. To be fair, the premises are clean and look nice, but the food is very basic and underwhelming. You’re rushed through mealtimes, the restaurant is overly bright, and the staff make so much noise it’s impossible to enjoy a relaxed meal. They wouldn’t even allow us to put a couple of tables together to sit with our family—again, just “no, can’t do”. There are so many strict rules across the resort that you feel like a child walking on eggshells. The rooms are fine but not especially comfortable. Expect loud air conditioning and to hear toilet noises from the neighbouring rooms all night. Despite being sold as an adults-only experience, we saw children around the age of 10–12 during our stay. Entertainment is nothing special either, though I get that’s subjective. There are some positives here, but sadly the negatives outweigh them for us. We wouldn’t recommend staying here. Far from airport. Sold as a beachfront hotel, the beach was super far from the hotel.
