Garden Plaza Saigon Formerly PARKROYAL Saigon

I came here because I was sick and needed to recover for a couple of days, and they took such good care of me. They got medicines for me and delivered them to my door, they called me to check on things for me, and the room service was impeccable--terrific food. I left feeling much better. I'm very grateful to them for their care and service.

Our stay at PARKROYAL Saigon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like absolute royalty. A special mention to Mr Thun, our wonderful driver, and the incredible receptionists Nhi and Tuyen — their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel truly valued and genuinely cared for. We honestly felt like celebrities in their hands. We stayed in the Deluxe room before upgrading to the Executive Suite (well worth it), and the rooms were both clean and spacious. Room service was diligent and thorough, coming every day to help us. The laundry service is great, I put two seperate orders in and they cleaned them and delivered them back within the same day, good as new. After spending a week here, we decided to explore another resort for a change of scenery, but it was a mistake. The difference in service was night and day. What was meant to be a five-night stay quickly turned into just two before we made the easy decision to return to PARKROYAL. That’s how powerful and memorable the service here is. If you’re looking for a place in Saigon where you’ll be treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality — don’t look any further. PARKROYAL sets the standard. We can’t wait to come back

Adding to my stay and experience, the management have gone out if their way to redeem themselves, they could not have done anymore, both my wife and myself were treated like royalty, not that I expected this, but it was welcomed Thank you to the front office, reception manager and her team, you turned our experience from extremely frustrating to wonderful. Dinner at the restaurant was very nice....... They have acknowledged my below review and have gone to the next level to please us, this was welcomed and has resulted in a deserved change of my rating for service and overall experience Thank you to the staff and management Considering we booked and paid in advance for a balcony suite 7 months in advance One would imagine it was secure Breakfast buffet, worst I've seen and I've seen a lot Asked to speak with management on three occasions, still waiting Facilities are old and dated. Amenities in the room were minimal Located near the airport But the action was 20 minutes away. Pull man looked amazing. My fault for leaving the decision with others. Pool side service, zero, now I know why it was so quiet. Concierge staff were nice, reception were nice but could not make a decision without referring to the manager Oh yeah still waiting
