Very misleading and unprofessional – ruined my friend’s birthday! The name of this hotel was misleading and created a false impression during booking. My friend specifically chose this property because she believed — based on the name — that there would be rooftop access for celebrating her birthday. This was the only reason she booked it. There was no clarification or correction from the hotel staff during the communication. No one explained that there was no access to the rooftop. As a result, her reservation was unexpectedly canceled just 1 hour before the celebration! Not only did the hotel keep the full payment for a service not provided, but the staff were also rude, unapologetic, and dismissive in communication. No attempts were made to resolve the situation or offer an alternative. We were forced to search for a new venue at the very last minute, under enormous stress — and her birthday plans were ruined. Refund the money for the service you did not provide. Extremely disappointing experience

My friend booked this place specifically to celebrate her birthday. The listing clearly included access to the rooftop and swimming pool — this was one of the key reasons she chose it. We were all excited and had planned everything around this. However, just one hour before the event, the host suddenly informed us that the reservation only covered the rooms — and that the rooftop and pool were off-limits. This was never mentioned before, and both amenities were clearly shown in the original booking. This kind of last-minute change is completely unacceptable. It felt manipulative and disrespectful. The host’s behavior ruined the celebration and caused a lot of unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t trust this host again. What should have been a joyful day turned into a mess because of his dishonesty.

I booked this place specifically because of the rooftop with a pool, but on the day of check in it turned out that my booking (advertised as the one which has a pool) doesn’t offer it at all. They charge you in advance, and once you pay, don’t expect any decent service. The owner didn’t allow me to bring my food in there even though they don’t have their own restaurant, don’t offer any food and don’t even have a mini fridge. The facility is on the top of a hill, no taxi will take you there, I doubt you can order delivery there. No service and a terrible attitude for 400 euros per night, no thank you
